A look at coaching...

What does a coaching session look like? Imagine a conversation that leads you to inspirations, answers, and discoveries. I aim to help you discover your visions and goals. I don't advise, correct, or counsel. Sessions include a series of questions that assist you in clarifying a vision and the necessary steps toward achieving your new way.

Add a John Stirewalt has coached my team for over six months. Unlike other coaches, John listens to our conversations, watching to see what excites us, and allows time for each member of the team to speak. He does not direct us nor try to keep us within a box. Instead, he lets our ideas flow, guiding us through our journey by asking reflective questions to assist us in meeting our goals, and finds the things that spark joy in us. Every member of our team is extremely grateful to have John as our coach and HIGHLY recommend him as a life coach for others. here
